Advertised Job Distribution

  • This chart shows the volume of jobs that were opened for advertising during a user-defined time range.
  • Time series selection panel is available at the top for user to select from different time units.

  • Users can manipulate the data presented by adjusting the Date Slider at the bottom.

Assessment Traffic Light Report

  • This report shows the progress of candidates through the assessment process for a given job. 
    • Green = Successful, Complete 
    • Orange = In Progress, On Hold, Not Started 
    • Red = Unsuccessful 
    • Black = Withdrawn

Average Time to Fill per Year

  • Allows you to view the average time to approve and average time to fill for jobs archived over a given time period.

  • A drill down is provided from year to month to date.

  • Time to Approve is measured from when step 1 of the requisition form was submitted to when the requisition process was completed.

  • Time to Fill is measured from the start of the job creation wizard to the date the job was archived.

 

  • The series selection panel below the chart allows users to select which series to display checking the boxes.

  • Drill down again by month to see time to fill by date

Jobs Created per Year

  • This report summarises the total jobs created per year. The ability to drill down to month and day is provided for more detailed analysis.

List of Archived Jobs

  • This report provides an operational list of all archived jobs in the system.
  • The following drill-throughs are provided: 
    • Selecting the Job Reference Number will provide a report that replicates the Assessment Process Matrix (APM) for the job. 
    • Selecting the number of complete applications will provide an operational list containing the details of each applicant who submitted their application. 
    • Selecting the number of incomplete applications will provide an operational list containing the details of each applicant who did started, but did not submit their application.

Weekly Job Density
