In the everyday assessment of candidates, there will be occasions that some candidates will be moved through the APM by mistake and need to be rolled back to a previous step.  This functionality will only be available to super users or administrators.


Here is how to roll back Follow the steps below to rollback a candidate or multiple candidates:


  1. In the APM, click the number of applicants who were accidentally processed.

  2. This will take you to the Candidate List.

  3. Select the candidates you wish to roll back and click the Actions Dropdown list.

  4. Select the Rollback Candidates option from the action dropdown list and click the GO button Go.


  5. This will take you to the Candidate Rollback – Select Step page.

    Note: Only select the

    Remove from APM (update candidate(s) to be incomplete): If you select this option

    Select the step you wish to roll the candidate back to from this dropdown list and click the Rollback Candidates button.

    You will then be prompted to confirm the rollback, as the rollback process is irreversible.

    To confirm, click the Rollback Candidates button again.

    will be removed from the assessment process and be made an incomplete candidate. This means the candidate will need to re-submit there application again.

    Note

    Only select the Remove from APM (update candidate(s) to be incomplete) option to remove the candidate from the APM as the candidate will be removed from the APM.



  6. This will take you to confirmation screen; use the links below to navigate back to the Job Card, APM or Candidate Listassessment click Assessment Process Matrix.
