This report allows you to view what modules all or specific users have been given in the eRecruit system. Running this report will ensure that users have got the appropriate permissions to access in the eRecruit system.
To access this report:
- On the Report page, double click on the User Module Permissions link:
2. This will then take you to the Report Filter page.
Filtering Options
In this section you will be able to add and edit filters that allow you to view the report data based on your needs. If you wish to use a filter in this report select the search icon to select a value.
Let’s look at these filter options individually:
User Group: Filtering by this option allows you to report based on which User Group the user belongs to.
Module Name: Filtering by this option allows you to report based which Module the user has access to.
To run the User Expiry Report:
- To run this report, click Go.

On this report you can see the user details, which group they belong to and the modules that they have been given access to.
