A report can be developed to export out activity scheduler data. Activity scheduler data includes activities, activity blocks, slot start time, slot end time, venue details and candidates that are booked into slots.


  1. To create an activity scheduler report click on the Analytics tab.


  2. Click on Create and select Report from the drop down.



  3. Select A Regular Report, this ensures the report will be saved in the event you have not saved the report.



  4. Click on View 03. eRecruit Activity Data.



  5. Click on the Candidate folder.



  6.  Select the fields you want to include in your report and drag it to Columns.


  7. Click on the arrow next to the Activities folder and drag and drop slot start date & time and slot end date & time into columns.


  8. Drag Activity, Activity Block and Activity Block Venue into Report Sections.


  9. Drag Activity and Activity Block from the Activities folder into Filters. Click on the Jobs and Requisitions folder and add Job Reference No and Job Name into Filters.


  10. Click on step number 2 to set up the filters.


  11. Click on the Activity Block drop down and select In List. This will allow you to select more than one Activity Block to filter the report.


  12. Click on Step 3 to view the report.


  13. Click on the funnel icon to select a filter option.


  14. Select the Activity you wish to filter your report by and then click on Submit to run the report.


  15. The report will be displayed below the filter list.


  16. If you do not wish to make any further edits to the report click on Report in the top left hand corner to then save the report.


  17. Click Save.


  18. Rename the report then select the category and sub category to save your report to, then click Activate.


  19. To export the report click Export and select where you would like the report exported to.


  20. Click Ok.

The report will now export to your chosen format.
