The Analytics module of the Acendre’s Talent Management system allows you to report on a wide range of talent management related activity. The Analytics module consists of various reporting types, including (but not limited to):
- job reports
- candidate reports
- user reports
- activity reports.
These will be represented as pre-configured reports templates that will allow you to incorporate multiple reporting filters. The reporting function allows you to select filtering and sorting options for the reports, and with some reports you will be able to show the data in graph or chart format.
Administrators will have the ability to create a report completely from the ground up and save the report as a template for future use.
