In the everyday assessment of candidates, there will be occasions that some candidates will be moved through the APM by mistake and need to be rolled back to a previous step. This functionality will only be available to super users or administrators.
Here is how to roll back candidates:
- In the APM, click the number of applicants who were accidentally processed.
- This will take you to the Candidate List.
- Select the candidates you wish to roll back and click the Actions Dropdown list.
- Select the Rollback Candidates option from the action dropdown list and click the GO button.
- This will take you to the Candidate Rollback – Select Step page.
Note: Only select the Remove from APM (update candidate(s) to be incomplete) option to remove the candidate from the APM - Select the step you wish to roll the candidate back to from this dropdown list and click the Rollback Candidates button.
- You will then be prompted to confirm the rollback, as the rollback process is irreversible.
- To confirm, click the Rollback Candidates button again.
- This will take you to confirmation screen; use the links below to navigate back to the Job Card, APM or Candidate List.
