The eRecruit system allows you to attach an assessment template to a job template, so each time a job is created from a job template; the selected assessment template will be instantly attached to the job.
Here’s how to attach an assessment process template to a job template.
- Click the System icon at the top of the page.
- Under Assessment Manager, click the Assessment Process Templates link.
- Locate and click the Name of the Assessment Process template.
- From the Job Template drop-down list here, select the Job Template you want to attach this assessment template to.
- Click the Save button at the bottom right hand corner of the page.
