1.1 Overall Review Progress by Organisational Unit (Drill Through)

  • Displays the progress of the various review phases for a given review. The data is presented by organisational unit.

  • This report can be used by HR Managers to monitor the compliance rates for a given review.

  • The phases can include Goal Setting, Appraisal and Development Plan. Drill through on the Number of Employees for each stage to see of list of employee and their review progress.

Employee Review Lists

Drill through on the Number of Employee Reviews for each phase to see:

  • 1.1.1 Drill through: Employee Review List - Goal Setting
  • 1.1.2 Drill through: Employee Review List - Performance Appraisal
  • 1.1.3 Drill through: Employee Review List - Development Plan

You can also access these directly from the Browse page - Review Name is a mandatory filter.


1.2 Employee Review Completion Dates by Phase

  • Provides details relating to review phase completion per employee for a given review. The employees are grouped by organisational unit.

  • The following key indicators are provided for each phase:

    • Phase end date

    • Phase completion date

    • Number of days overdue

    • On-time completion traffic light indicator

  • This report will help HR managers to monitor the timely completion of reviews.

1.3 Completion Date Distribution by Phase

  • Provides a graphical distribution of the number of employees that have completed a given review phase over a given period.

  • This report can be used by HR managers to monitor review phase completion over time.
