Creating a Talent Search Template

A search template can be executed at any point as it holds specific talent search criteria. A search template will keep the sections made within the criteria e.g. the 'Yes' in current drivers licence. Whereas a search template will not save the Yes.

Here is how to create a search template:


  1. Click the Talent tab at the top of the page.

     


  2. This will take you to the Talent Search page.



  3. Click Show Criteria List to access the talent search options that you can search using.
  4. Click Add on the criteria you wish you use to search on.
  5. Once the criteria is added you can click Search to run the search.


  6. Once you have run your search, click the Search Templates tab and click Save as new Search link on the right hand side of the criteria:




  7. This will then take you to the User Search screen.




  8. Type the name you wish to give to the Search Template in the Name field.




  9. You can also choose to make this search for global use (allowing every recruiter to run this search) or making it only for your account by making the search template public or not.




  10. Once you are happy with the template, click the Save button.
