Candidate Portal Files
A candidate portal file is a file that candidates can view on the candidate portal whilst a job is open.
Candidate portal files can be displayed in the jobs list and the job information page.

Adding a Candidate Portal File
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save. This will ensure no data that you have entered to the job details form is lost.
- If you have saved your information click OK. if not click Cancel and then save the job details form.
- At the bottom of the page click View / Add Candidate Portal files.
- Choose the file you wish to attach e.g. Position Description.
- Insert the label. This is what the candidates will see and click on.
- Select where you would like the candidate portal file to be visible and click Add.
Note: You can add as many files as you wish by following the process above. - To return back to the Job Details page to continue the job setup process click:
