A note can be added by using the following methods:

To one candidate via the notes icon in the candidate list

  1. Click on the notes icon next to the candidates name.


  2. Click +Create Note in the notes pop up box.


  3. Add the note details then click Save Note.


Permissions

This job onlyThis will only be accessible to a user with access to this job.
All jobsThis will be accessible by any user who has access to this candidate.


To multiple candidates via the new note action


  1. Select the candidates you wish to add the same note to.
  2. In the Actions dropdown select 'New Note' then click Go.

  3. Enter the note details and click Save.

    Global - Only select this option if you would like the note to appear in all jobs the candidate has applied for and will apply to in the future.


Note

The same note will be added to all candidates that have been selected when using this method.
