Administration - Creating Review Templates

The following components need to be configured prior to creating a review template (if necessary):

  • Competencies
  • Competency Levels
  • Competency Behaviours
  • Global Questions
  • Form Templates
  • Email notification Templates
  • Goals: measures are linked to goals and goals are linked to pillars
  • Documents


  1. Under the Reviews tab click Review Templates.




  2. Click + Add review Template to create a new template. Alternatively you can copy an existing template by clicking Copy from the actions column.




  3. Complete the mandatory fields then click Submit.



    Notifications

    Pop ups: are messages that appear prior to submitting a phase.

    Emails: can be sent to the assigned user.
