Administration - Creating Review Templates
The following components need to be configured prior to creating a review template (if necessary):
- Competencies
- Competency Levels
- Competency Behaviours
- Global Questions
- Form Templates
- Email notification Templates
- Goals: measures are linked to goals and goals are linked to pillars
- Documents
- Under the Reviews tab click Review Templates.
- Click + Add review Template to create a new template. Alternatively you can copy an existing template by clicking Copy from the actions column.
- Complete the mandatory fields then click Submit.
Notifications
Pop ups: are messages that appear prior to submitting a phase.
Emails: can be sent to the assigned user.
