6. Advanced Broadcasts

Advanced Broadcasts allow you to determine broadcast recipients based on report results.

This may be used to:

• send broadcasts to a large number of users
• send broadcasts to specific users when a job they are responsible for, have a role for, or a task for is returned in the results.

To set up an advanced broadcast, click the rocket icon in the recipient section of the broadcast setup screen.

Enter the report name that will be used to match report results with recipient email addresses. This may be a different report or the report you are broadcasting.

Note: Only reports with a column containing email addresses, in email format, will be returned here.

Match any filters on the Broadcasted Report with corresponding columns from the Recipient Report, so that only relevant results for that recipient are sent to them.
