Quick snapshots on how others are reporting on their recruit data, from diversity to onboarding and more. All examples are completely sanitised (to remove any identifying data) but will show you how you could report on similar data, or give you a starting point for your own report or dashboard design.
You can also use Your Metrics and Templates or refer to the more advanced Simple EXEC and EXEC+ Templates as a starting point. Contact your Client Success Manager for a demo or to discuss your requirements.
Reports can take one or some of the following formats, from simple to advanced:
Simple list of jobs or applications
Simple list of jobs or applications with summary charts
Summary by category (eg org unit) or stage (eg shortlist/offer)
Summary by period (eg month, quarter)
Summary by period and comparison period (eg financial year)
Summary by category and period (eg org unit by quarter)
Remember that the real engine behind any report will be your processes, your fields and your definitions.
