Enhanced Report Building

If you are, like, totes not basic with your report building, then this section shows you some of the more advanced features of the Analytics module.

You won't necessarily use these features for the sake of using them, but come across them as you try to solve an analytics problem.

Advanced Filters

Create more sophisticated filter combinations using:

additional operands like contains, equals column, link to filter
dynamic (moving) date, set date and pre-defined date periods
and/or arguments with appropriate indentation

Calculated Fields

Do more with your data using:

pre-defined fields, including counting days between
count formulas
case formulas (when x then y)

Drill Through

Link from one report to another, applying details from the first report as filter values to the second.

Sub Queries

Add columns or data from other views
Bring back data from the same view but with different or additional filters applied.

Summaries

Summarise your report results with:

A primary metric, with target, variance and sparkline
Dimension breakdown
Secondary metrics
