Accessing Analytics

Basic Navigation

  1. Click on the relevant Analytics tab in the main toolbar.

  • Analytics for Analytics Classic or, if you don’t have it, Acendre Analytics.

  • Acendre Analytics for Acendre Analytics if you also have Analytics Classic.

2. This will display the Analytics Dashboard page. Your default dashboard might be pre-assigned, or one you have set up to see first.

3. To access the pre-configured reports, click on the Browse menu item

Analytics Classic Tips

  • If you don’t see a dashboard, don't worry! You haven't added any dashboard tabs yet. Go to Browse in the menu to find a report, or click the link provided to add a dashboard.

  • You’ll find the menu across the top of the screen instead of in the left hand navigation.

Browsing Content

To browse and find content, you can:

  1. Search Content by keyword

    1. Click to choose a content type

    2. Click to run your search

  2. Filter My Content to limit to:

    • All content (default)

    • Your drafts

    • Your favourites

    • Your personal broadcasts

    • Recently accessed content

  3. By Folder

    1. Select All to view folders

    2. Select a folder name to view its sub-folders

    3. Content will be limited to that folder/sub-folder

 

Sorting Content

To change how results are displayed, use the navigation bar at the top.

Select:

  1. Sort By to sort the results

  2. Layout to change the layout between thumbnails and a list

    1. The i icon to view details for selected content.

Opening Content

  1. Double-click the desired content

  2. Or, right-click the content and select Open

 

  • In thumbnail view, you can also click icon below in the bottom right of the thumbnail

  • Any other options that appear will depend on your permissions for that content
