System Portals
The recruitment system has three portals:
- Back end - this is where users within an organisation perform recruitment activities.
- Candidate portal - this is where candidate's apply for jobs, view jobs that are open, complete tasks such as onboarding and access their profiles.
- Referee portal - this is where referees can complete a candidate reference check.

Different user profiles can be setup within the system. These users can include:
