Updating Job Roles
Roles can be re-assigned after they have been assigned to a user as part of the assign roles step in the requisition. This may be required if:
- Roles were incorrectly assigned
- A user has left
- A user has moved roles
This can only be done once the assign roles step has been completed.
To re-assign requisition roles follow the steps below:
- Go to the Requisitions tab.
- Click on the Requisition Reference Number.
- Click Update Job Roles.
- Select the new user to the role and click Save and Continue.
