Updating Job Roles

Roles can be re-assigned after they have been assigned to a user as part of the assign roles step in the requisition. This may be required if:

  • Roles were incorrectly assigned
  • A user has left
  • A user has moved roles

This can only be done once the assign roles step has been completed.



To re-assign requisition roles follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Requisitions tab.




  2. Click on the Requisition Reference Number.




  3. Click Update Job Roles.




  4. Select the new user to the role and click Save and Continue.
