Sending Emails
- Click on Candidate List from within the job card.
- Select the checkbox next to the candidates ID that you would like to send an email to.
- In the Actions dropdown to the right of the screen, select New Email and then click Go.
- If you would like to send an ad hoc email to the candidate/s fill out the required fields below.
- Alternatively you can select an email template that has been set up in your email template library. To do this click Get Email Template.
- Select the email template that you wish to use.
- Click Use Template once you have made your selection.
- To send the email click Preview.
- Review the email text and if you are ready to send click Send.
If you would like to edit the email click Back.
