What It Is: Configure the input for Group Questions to be aligned horizontally or vertically.
The Benefits: Users now have complete control over their preferred layout of Group Question input allowing them to tailor the layout to increase useability and consistency.
Filter Global Questions and a Selection of Form & Process Templates by Status
Currently, when managing/ viewing the lists of existing Global Questions, Form Templates, Single Instance Form Templates, Requisition Process Templates, Job Templates and Assessment Process Templates, all items are displayed irrespective of Status.
In this release, we are allowing Users to filter the lists by Status (‘Active’/ ‘Inactive’/ ‘All’) with a default setting of ‘Active’. Defaulting the setting to ‘Active’ allows Users to focus on Active items reducing confusion and increasing the emphasis on relevant data.
The filter will be available on the following lists in the Systems tab:
System
ï‚· Global Questions
ï‚· Form Templates
ï‚· SI Form Templates
Requisition Manager
ï‚· Requisition Process Templates
Job Manager
ï‚· Job Templates
Assessment Manager
ï‚· Assessment Process Templates
To select one of the options that can be filtered, click the link from the Systems tab.
When selecting any of the items above, you will be able to filter by the following:
Yes (default)
ï‚· Display Active items only
All
ï‚· Display Active and Inactive items
No
ï‚· Display Inactive Items only
Click on the desired link from the System option to view the items. For Global Questions, Form Templates, and SI Form Templates, the display for filtering appears as follows:

Configurable Layout for Group Questions
When configuring Global Questions, Users currently have the ability to configure the horizontal or vertical orientation of the input. However, this functionality is not present for Group Questions.
In this release, the orientation functionality has now been extended to include Group Questions and applies to all Forms that are used at the Template and Instance level. This provides Users with greater flexibility in tailoring the layout to their specific useability and consistency requirements.
The following walkthrough example is for a Global Question that has been configured in an Application Form. To edit the form, click on the Edit Form button.
Once the Edit Form button has been clicked, the form questions will now be editable. Select the Group Question you wish to amend and click Edit.
Upon clicking the Edit button the Manage Questions are displayed. To select your preferred orientation for Group Questions, select the Question Options tab and click on the radio button alongside the Input Orientation field.
Note: A horizontal input orientation will place the input table next to the question text.
Note: A vertical input orientation will place the input table under the question text.
To save the layout, click on the Save button. To view the layout you have created click on Manage Form from the breadcrumb to return to the Manage Application Form screen.
From the Manage Application Form Screen, confirm your layout by clicking Preview Form.
Congratulations! You have successfully configured the layout of your Group Question.
