Activating the Requisition Template

Once you have configured the requisition steps, attached the forms and rules/actions, you will need to activate the requisition template so it will be ready for use. 


To do this:


  1. Click the System icon at the top right hand side of the page.

     


  2. Under the Requisition Manager heading, click the Requisition Process Templates link.




  3. This will display a list of all currently configured Requisition Templates.




  4. Click on the Name of the Requisition Template.




  5. Click the Active checkbox.




  6. Once you have made the template active, click the Save button. 


  7. The Requisition Template is now ready for use.
