Building Requisition Forms

Requisition forms are associated with each step of your requisition process. Typically these contain details about the vacancy, allowing managers and HR staff to signal their approval (or not) at each stage. You need to build these forms before you begin creating the Requisition Template.

1. Click the System icon at the top right hand side of the page.
   
    
   
   
   
2. Click the Form Templates link under System to go to the Form Template List.
   
    
   
   
   
3. This will take you to the Form Template List.
