Candidate Flags

• This report provides an operational list of all candidates who have flags recorded against their user account.

Duplicate Applicants Report

• This report shows a list of applicants that have the same Surname + First Name combination with multiple accounts.
• It will also display all the jobs the user has applied to in each account.

Email Communication by Job

• This report shows a summary of all the e-mail communication sent to candidates who have applied to a given job.
• The results are able to be filtered by e-mail subject and candidate ID.

Job Advertising Content Summary

• This report provides a summary-level list of the key advertising content used across multiple jobs in the system.

Multiple Applications Submitted

• This report idenfities candidates that have submitted more than one applications across the given job references (where Jobs Applied For is >= 2).

User Expiry Report

• This report shows the information on user account status. The red column indicates that the user account is expired while the green column shows that the user account is active.

• The results are tabbed by User Group.

User Module and Function Permissions

• This report shows user module and function permissions by User Group, indicating what permissions each user has and whether this is assigned to the user or their user group (orange single vs. blue group icons).
• The report shows all user groups by default, with all active users that have not yet expired.
• It replaces the former User Module Permissions standard report.

User Role Assignments

• This report provides the ability to view all the user role assignments for all jobs in the system.
