What are Forms?
Recruitment processes are driven primarily using forms, from a candidate completing an application form to the recruiters recording evidence for each assessment step and managers approving a requisition form. Each form is created and stored in a template library and can be added to job and process templates, thus eliminating the need to ‘reinvent the wheel’.
The make-up of a form consists of Steps and Questions (which live within each step). A step is like a heading and represents a page to be completed in the process. For example, a step may be called ‘Personal Details’ and examples of questions that exist within that step may be such things as Address, Phone number, Mobile etc.

- Pre-Application Forms – used to screen or block applicants based on essential criteria prior to the registration process.
