Setting up the APM Templates

The first step to configuring the Order of Merit (OOM) is to update which APM templates you would like to adopt the OOM functionality.


  1. Click on the Systems tab.




2. Click on Assessment Process Templates link under Assessment Manager.




3. Locate the APM template you wish to amend and click on the name.



You are able to turn on/off the OOM functionality for different APMs in your system.


5. Click the Save button.



Now you will need to configure the rules to capture the OOM statuses. 

4. This will take you to the Manage Assessment Process screen.  Click the Order of Merit checkbox to enable the OOM functionality for this APM.
