Deleting a Form Template

- Go to the Form Template List.
2. Click the delete link under the Action(s) column.
3. This will then prompt you to confirm the deletion:
4. To confirm the form deletion, click the delete button in the bottom right hand corner.
If the form template has been used on a process the better option would be to make it inactive as opposed to deleting it.
