Adding a question set to a form

Follow the steps below to add a question set to a form:

1. Go to the form that you wish to add the question set to.

2. Click Add global question.
   
   

   Open

   

3. Select the parent question.
   
   

   Open

   

4. Scroll down and click Add.
   
   

5. The following options will appear. This allows you to add the question set or the individual question. Select ‘Select Question Set ‘Question set name’ and click Select.
   
   

   
   Do not add – this question will not be added to the form

   Add as individual question / Do not select Question Set – the relationship from the question set will not be applied.

Select Question Set ‘Question set name’ – This will add the question set with the dynamic relationships configured.

TIP: As when adding individual global questions to a form, question sets will always appear at the bottom of the form when added. So, keep this in mind and try to add the question sets at the point they need to appear on the form.

Conflict Report

If the questions within the question set already exist on the form a conflict report will appear.
