Question Set Permissions

The ability to configure global question sets is a function permission, this needs to be activated for a user / user group to create question sets.

Follow the steps below to provide a user / user group access to creating question sets:

  1. Click on the System tab.

  2. Click on User Manager if you want to provide the access to one User or click on User Group Manager to apply this access to a User Group. In this example we will apply the access to a User Group.

  3. Click Edit on the User Group.

  4. Under the Actions list click Function Permissions.

  5. Under the System heading located Configure Question Sets.

  6. Select the checkbox ‘Allows user to configure question sets’.

  7. Scroll down and click Save.
