Selection criteria rating global questions to be configured

When an assessor is reviewing the candidate’s response to selection criteria, they can provide a rating. The rating selected can then contribute to an overall core or an average score.

Follow the steps below to create a selection criteria rating question:

1. Navigate to the System tab.

   Open

   

2. Click on Global Questions.

   Open

   

3. Click +Create New Global Question.

4. Select the Question Type of ‘Multiple Choice’.

5. Select the Question Use of ‘Assessment’.

6. Enter the Question Reference and Question Text.

7. Click on the Question Options tab.

8. Select the answer display format. For a rating question Radio Buttons are most typically used.

9. Select Mandatory as ‘Yes’.
   
   

10. Scroll down and click Save.

11. Click on the Answer Options tab.

12. Click +Add New Answers.

13. Enter the ratings to each New Answer field.

14. Click Save.
    
    

15. If you wish to report on this field, you will need to mark it reportable as Application in the Report Options tab.

16. Click Save.
