This deployment
This deployment will occur on the evening of Tuesday 21st February 2012 and will include the following enhancements to your System:
Ordering of Jobs List when applying a Candidate to another job: Allowing users to sort by Job Created date and see most recent jobs first, when applying an existing candidate to another job.
Pagination of Jobs Lists within the Candidate Portal: Job Lists will now display in pages of 20 jobs instead of all on one page.
Reporting – Job Alert selections: Users will able to report on the specific selections made by candidates on their Job Alert Profiles.
Lode integration: We are pleased to announce our partnership with Lode - Australia’s best connection point between employers and university talent. In this month’s deployment we introduce an integration with Lode, allowing customers direct access to this talent from within the eRecruit system.
Ordering of Jobs List when applying a Candidate to another job
Users have the ability to apply existing Candidates to another job in the System. This can be done from both the Candidate List of a specific job or from the search results within the Talent Warehouse by ticking the check box next to the relevant Candidate(s) and selecting Apply to Another Job from the Actions menu.
After clicking the Go button, a user will be presented with a list of Jobs to select from. In this deployment, we will be introducing ‘Created Date’ as a new column to this list and changing the default setting so that most recently created jobs appear at the top of list.
Pagination of Candidate Portal Jobs Lists
To further enhance performance of the Candidate Portal, Job Lists will now be displayed in pages of 20, rather than an entire list of jobs being displayed at once. Users will be able to browse through the pages using navigation links displayed at the top right of the list:
Reporting – Job Alert selections
Users will be able to request a report which will detail the specific selections made by candidates when filling in their Job Alert profiles. This feature will require individual design and configuration by our friendly design and configuration staff. If you are interested in having this sort of report developed, please contact your Account Manager on 1800 642 638.
Lode integration
Lode and NGA.Net have joined forces to offer employers a fast and easy way of accessing nationwide university talent. With 31 Australian universities on board and over 430,000 members, employers can engage and communicate with students, graduates and alumni who have expressed a desire to connect with the employer, all without leaving their eRecruit system. Lode provides a free service to candidates, allowing them to create an online profile that showcases their skills and qualifications. Candidates can also indicate the employers that they wish to connect with and promote themselves to.
When a Lode integration is activated in the eRecruit system, Candidates that have indicated a desire to connect with you, will automatically be transferred to your System on a daily basis. These candidates will be applied to a ‘Lode’ Job that is set up when the integration is enabled.
Once candidates have been automatically transferred into your System, users are able to search this new Talent via the Candidate List of the Lode Job.
Or by using the Talent warehouse, combining Job and Application search criteria.
Users will be able to perform the same actions as they would on any other candidate in the system, including Applying to Job, Email, Exporting and Packaging.
