Using Broadbean’s ‘SocialSmashed’ tool, customers will be able to post jobs to these sites from within their eRecruit system and track which candidates apply via these sources.
The integration will work by producing an XML feed (Social Media Feed) that will be accessed by Broadbean to collect job ad information and post out to the relevant sites
This is a licensable eRecruit integration and also requires customers to establish an account with Broadbean. For more information, please contact your Account Manager on 1800 642 638.

Customer feedback tool
Customer feedback and satisfaction levels are important pieces of information for us in understanding how much value our Products are providing and what enhancements can be made to increase the value. We rely on this information in order to continuall evolve and improve.
In this deployment, we will be replacing the current feedback tool with a new enhanced version. This new tool captures not only feedback comments, but also an overall satisfaction rating for the eRecruit product and information on the task a user was just performing.
Submitting feedback can be done in 2 ways. A Give Feedback button will be available for all users at the top of the screen on each system tab, just under the Log Out button. This is available for users to provide feedback at any time.
Upon clicking the Give Feedback button, a feedback window will appear asking the user to provide an overall rating between 1 and 5 for the eRecruit product; 1 being the lowest rating and 5 the highest. Users will have the opportunity to provide additional comments or feedback and will also be asked to select from a drop down, the value that most closely matches the task or action they were just performing.
The second way to provide feedback is to use the Give Feedback link available in message bars that display after performing a task or action. By clicking on this link, the same feedback window will appear.
