Deployment Walkthrough Teleconference
Due to the nature of the items in this Release we will not be holding a Deployment Walkthroug Teleconference this month.
Customer Satisfaction Survey
Introducing a quarterly Customer Satisfaction Survey, directed at Super Users/System Administrators, that will assist NGA.NET in understanding customer satisfaction levels and help us to improve our products and services.
Customer Feedback tool change
Minor change to the question and rating scale used in the Customer Feedback tool (released September 2012), bringing it into line with the new Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Customer Satisfaction Survey
NGA.NET will be introducing a quarterly Customer Satisfaction Survey that will help us in understanding customer satisfaction levels and improving our products and services. The survey will be open for a week at a time and only display to those users who have System Module access (typically Super Users/System Administrators) upon logging into the system.
This survey uses the Net Promoter system, allowing NGA.NET to calculate a Net Promoter Score (NPS). This score provides us with a way of measuring how satisfied customers are with the products and services we provide and how well we develop loyal relationships with our customers.
Once the survey has been completed and the Submit button clicked, the user will be logged into the system as usual and the survey will not appear again. Should a user wish to skip past the survey, a Not Now link is provided.
If a user skips past the survey, it will reappear on the next login. A user will be able to skip past the survey twice and on the third appearance of the survey, will be asked to complete before proceeding.
NGA.NET is committed to continually improving the products and services we provide to our customers and we appreciate users taking the time to complete this short but important survey.
Customer feedback tool change
Following the release of the new Customer feedback tool in September, we will be making a minor change to the question and rating scale used, in order to bring it into line with the Customer Satisfaction Survey detailed above.
The rating scale will be changed from 1 – 5 to 0 – 10, allowing NGA.NET to include these results when calculating the NPS score.
What’s coming up?
Accessibility compliance
NGA.NET’s eRecruit product will be upgraded to be accessible within the timeframes set out in the National Transition Strategy. A new version of the eRecruit Candidate Portal will be deployed by the end of 2012 that demonstrates Level AA conformance with WCAG 2.0. This outcome will exceed the Federal Government’s requirements for the implementation phase of Level A conformance by December 2012 and NGA.NET customers will enjoy being two years ahead of the December 2014 milestone of Level AA.
Online Help
Configurable Help text that can be used to inform users of hints, warnings and alerts for each area of the system.
Apply with LinkedIn
Allowing candidates to use their LinkedIn profile to populate an application form when applying for a job.
Creating a Job or Requisition from existing data
Often the same position comes up time and time again. By using existing data it will take users less time to create a new Job/Requisition and eliminate the need for re-entry of information.
Selection Report PDF
Compiling all Selection Report information from the system into a single PDF document.
Flag Library
Providing the ability to create a library of different candidate ‘Flag’s, making it easier for users to identify categorised candidates in a single glance.
