Reporting Module Upgrade- Available Thursday 27th October 2011
Further to the recent work on the new views within your Reporting module, we are delighted to announce the release of an enhanced version of Yellowfin into your Reporting module.
 This deployment will occur on the evening of Wednesday 26th October between 7.00pm and 10.00pm (AEDT). Users will be unable to access the Reporting Module for the period of the deployment.
 Please note that any existing saved reports will not be affected by the enhancement to your solution.
 We recommend that wherever possible, any large or critical system tasks be completed before close of business on the day of a deployment or commenced the day after. If you have any further queries, please contact your Support Team on 1800 642 638.
 The deployment of version 5.2 will include the following enhancements.
Enhanced Usability

- New filter options and enhancements to the view and report builder: Making it faster, easier and more intuitive to build and manage reports as well as set-up analytic dashboards.

- Usage reports: Enable the frequency with which individual reports are accessed to be monitored and tracked, to determine both popular and redundant report types.

- Restyled User Interface: Offers a sleek appearance that improves navigability.
Â
Chart Tool Tips: Improved tool tips enables users to quickly, accurately and effortlessly interpret particular trends or aspects of a data set, to transform analysis into understanding.
New Chart Types

Trellis charts: Allows users to easily analyse complex data and identify patterns and relationships by dividing the data set into smaller charts.
Box and Whisker Charts: Allows all users to effectively identify track and manage trends in the mean, median and range of data sets and allows comparison between quartiles.
