Rules
Rules can be attached to the APM, triggering a number of actions within the system. For example rules can be used to:
- display candidate scores and ratings
- move candidates into pre-determined groups
- change application statuses
- automatically make candidates successful, unsuccessful or on hold and move them on to the following assessment step
- flag certain candidates
- update a candidate’s global assessment card
- roll candidates back to a previous APM step
- automatically create a merge document (i.e. an offer letter)
- delete form data to display new form data after a process has been rolled back.
Rules and actions should only be applied once the APM has been linked to a Job Template.
Actions
Actions are added to a rule in the assessment process template. This is an automatic process as the system will execute the action once a rule is met.
