With this release NGA.NET are excited to announce 2 new enhancements to your eRecruit system available Wednesday 16 June, 2010:

 

Password Reset Function

The Password Reset process has changed for even better automation and ease of use.  You will need to contact your Account Manager to activate this.

Ability to view tasks for a job

The Job List and Job Card will have a new function where you can see who tasks are assigned to. 


Password Reset 

 

NGA.NET has changed the Password Reset process for even better automation and ease of use. This function removes the administration need to manage forgotten passwords.

 

What has changed?

 Password Reset

 The function will allow active users to reset their passwords and the new password will be emailed to an email account.

 Once you have activated this function your login screen will have a “Forget your Password?” option, which will appear like this:



Once you click the “Forget your Password?” link, you will be redirected to this screen:


Enter the email address, click “Reset” and the new password will be emailed to an email account.

Ability to view Tasks for a Job.

New development has been completed to enable all tasks for a job to be visible. This will be available automatically in your system on Wednesday 16 June, 2010.


 

What has changed?  

  1. Job List
  2. There is a new menu item in the Job Details tab, which directs you to the task list, displaying all tasks and the user who is assigned. Only users who have permission to complete the task will have the ability to access the task. For other users it will simply allow them to see the user assigned to the task.

There is a new menu item in the Job Details tab, which directs you to the task list, displaying all tasks and the user who is assigned.
