Release 02.09.2010
Available Thursday 2 September, 2010
Â
In the Sourcing section of the Job Creation Wizard and Job Card, Users will now be able to delete a job that has been posted to a Job Audience Type, but audiences with applications cannot be deleted.
Â
NGA.NET is very excited to announce a new feature which will provide greater visibility and access to candidates for Users completing tasks within the assessment process.
Â
IMPORTANT USER INTERFACE CHANGE: As of 2 September, there will be a new link on the Task List screen. For more information, please see below.
Remove function added to Job Sourcing page
Following the recent changes to the Sourcing page, we have now completed work so that Users have the ability to delete a job that has been posted to a Job Audience Type. A new delete link will be visible on the Job Card and Job Creation Wizard page.
Â
IMPORTANT NOTE: Audiences with applications cannot be deleted.Â
Task Candidate list
The purpose of this feature is to provide a Candidate list to Users assigned to an assessment form task. The list is a restricted view and only shows candidates that are at that step of the workflow.
Â
IMPORTANT USER INTERFACE CHANGE: All Customers and Users need to be aware that as of Thursday, 9 September, when accessing the Task List page, there will be an additional link, Task Candidate List visible to all Users.
Customers will have the option of configuring their system so that only the Task Candidate List link is displayed or both the existing Begin/Continue Links and the new Task Candidate List link are displayed.Â
PLEASE NOTE: Changes that are made on a template will not update existing jobs
Once a User clicks the Task Candidate List link, from this page, Users can select a single candidate to assess via a link displayed alongside each candidate.
Or, Users can select multiple candidates or all candidates and assess them all at once.
In addition, Users will be able to view/print application forms and resumes via a ‘Print Application’ actions option.
The Candidate Task List will also be available from the APM setup step, allowing Users to see a list of candidates prior to selecting the assessment method.
Â
Ability to skip candidates
When completing an assessment form task, candidate forms are displayed to Users for completion. This new functionality means that you are now able to skip candidates if you are not ready to complete the form. Â
PLEASE NOTE: Skipped Candidates will be marked as ‘In Progress’ and will still need to be assessed at a later stage.
