CareerOne & Trade Me Job Board Integration

NGA.NET is excited to announce the integration of CareerOne (www.careerone.com.au) and Trade Me (www.trademe.co.nz) Job Boards.


Talent Search Function

We have added an additional Talent search permission that allows you to restrict your users from performing actions on candidates returned in a talent search

 

Password Reset Link Update

 

Following the release of the Password Reset Link function on Wednesday, 16 June 2010, please note that due to security reasons, Super Users are unable to use the Password Reset Link.  Please contact our support team if you have any questions.


CareerOne Job Board Integration

Like the Seek and MyCareer integration, you will be able to advertise your jobs on the hour (as per current functionality) on the CareerOne Job Board, straight from eRecruit. If you are interested in purchasing this Job Board integration, please contact your Account Manager.

 

What has changed?

 

Here is how it works:

 

  1. During the Job Creation workflow or whilst you are editing the Job, within the Sourcing section click on the Manage Job Ads link.


2. In the top left hand side of the screen, select the CareerOne option from the dropdown list and click the Go button.


3. This will take you to the following screen:


All the relevant fields that need to be completed when creating a CareerOne posting will be displayed.  Note that most of the information will come over from the Job Details section (i.e. Job Title, Job Description etc). 

 

In addition you are able to define the Salary, Company Information, Location and Job Categories on this page as per a normal CareerOne Posting.


4. Once you have completed this form, click the Save button at the bottom right hand corner of the page.

Note:  If you chose to upload the Job Ad, it will go to CareerOne every hour, on the hour as per current Job Board behaviour.



Trade Me Job Board Integration

Talent Search Action List

We have added an additional Talent search permission that allows you to restrict your users from performing actions on candidates returned in a talent search

 

How it works:

  1. Within a user or user group select Function Permissions,


2. You will then be taken to the Manage User/ User Group  - Function Permissions page and when you scroll to the Talent Warehouse section you will see a new option


3. If this box is selected, following a search, users will be able to select candidates and complete actions as per current functionality. The screen will look like this:


4. If the box is unchecked, users will be able to search for candidates; however will not be able to complete any actions.
