User Interface change in Assessment Form Workflows
Previously in the Assessment Form Workflows, an auto step would show as being ‘In Progress’.
Â
A change has been made to the User Interface of the Workflow so that the progress of an Auto Step will now display as ‘Auto Step’.
Candidates with no email alert when sending bulk emails
Users sending bulk emails to a large list of candidates will now be alerted of any invalid email addresses or candidates with no email address, prior to the email being sent.
When Users have selected the candidates that they would like to email, chosen ‘New Email’ in the Actions box, and click ‘Go’, a list will display alerting the User of any invalid email addresses amongst the candidates selected. This allows Users to contact these candidates using other communication methods.Â
Global Flags Export
When exporting candidates that have been assigned a Global Flag, the Global Flag values will now be available in the exported file in a new column.
Â
To export file and view Global Flags, Users will need to:
- select candidates,
- Select ‘Export Candidates’ in the Actions dropdown box and hit ‘Go’.
- The next screen will allow Users to pick the data that they want to export.
Once the data is ready, the export file will contain a new column displaying Global Flags.Â
Application Submitted Date column
A new column is available on the Candidate List to enable Users to view the date a candidate’s application was submitted.
Â
To configure your view to see this list, Users will need to:
- Click the ‘Select List Columns’ link.
- A pop up message will appear where Users will be able to Set List Columns.
Once this has been selected, an additional column will be visible on the Candidate List allowing Users to see the date that an application was submitted.
Email packages can be sent to multiple email addresses
For improved efficiency, the system now allows Users to send a package email to more than one recipient at a time.
PLEASE NOTE: When emailing packages to multiple recipients, each email address must be separated by a semi-colon (;)
The ability to access and export Assessment CSV Templates
The ability to access and export Assessment CSV Templates is particularly useful if you have an assessment centre which is for example, step 6 of your Assessment, but you have steps in between (steps 3-5) which haven’t been completed. Normally you would not be able to export the template, because no candidates have reached step 6. Users are now able to go into a Job and export the CSV Template prior to candidates reaching step 6.
When exporting CSV Templates, Users are given the option of exporting without having to select candidates.
Automated Order of Merit status updates
Currently Users need to manage Order of Merit (OOM) Status manually. Assessment Rule Actions have now been created so that a candidates’ OOM Status can be updated automatically based on the decision question (i.e. if the Offer is marked as accepted in the Offer form, the candidate’s status will be updated automatically to ‘Placed’).
Â
To set this up:
Users need to make sure the ‘Order of Merit’ checkbox is ticked when managing an Assessment Process
- Users need to click ‘Add Action’, when Managing Rules,
- Select ‘Set OOM Status’ then select the status that should be applied, in this case it would be ‘Placed’.
Once ‘Save’ is selected, a message will display confirming the action has been saved.Â
The OOM Status will now be updated automatically according to the rules that have been set.
Connect2 Integration
Great news, we are now able to integrate with Adcorp’s Connect2 product. This is a purchasable feature allowing Users to login to Connect2 within the Job Card.  Job information will populate so Jobs can be managed within the eRecruit system.
If you would like more information or would like to purchase this integration, please contact your Account Manager on 1800 642 638.
Â
‘Paragraph’ and ‘WYSIWYG’ field size
Users will now be able to change the ‘Paragraph’ and ‘WYSIWYG’ display size when adding/editing a ‘Free Text’ Global Question.  The option selected for the ‘Component Display Size’ will determine the size of the ‘Paragraph’ or ‘WYSIWYG’ field when a Global Question is displayed in a Form Template or Form Instance.
3 different sizes are available:
Â
- Small – 5 lines
- Medium – 15 lines (this is the default selection)
- Large – 30 lines
Â
PLEASE NOTE: As of Friday, 15 October – all existing Form/Form Template ‘Paragraph’ or ‘WYSIWYG’ questions will be set to the default display size of ‘Medium (15 lines)’.
Internationalisation Update - Content loading
Enhancements have been made to the Content loading functionality to cater for Customers who have multiple languages in their system.
Within the ‘Manage Global Question’ screen, when content loading is turned on,  a new tab is visible to Users, ‘Content Loading Items’ where Users are able to set the content to be loaded.
A drop down ‘Language’ box is available where Users with multiple languages will be able to set up content loading in the language selected.
